Thank you for choosing Tatanka. We take pride in providing freshly roasted, high-quality coffee beans and products. Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to freshness and quality, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any coffee products. This includes:
- Whole bean or ground coffee
- Single-serve bags
- Opened or unopened coffee bags
Because coffee is a perishable product, it cannot be restocked or resold once it leaves our facility.
Non-Coffee Items
For merchandise such as mugs, apparel, or brewing equipment, our return policy may differ. Please refer to the return terms listed on those product pages or contact us for clarification.
Freshness Guarantee
Our coffee is roasted to order to ensure maximum freshness. We recommend storing your coffee in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight to maintain quality.
